Subject: A very long run!

Hi all

Fiona, Elwyn and I are engaging in the physical challenge of the year..... a 17 mile run (rather a lot of it uphill) followed by a 25 mile cycle (hopefully somewhat flatter).
As you know, my general shape is not particularly attuned to running but, despite that, I've managed to clock up to about six miles so far without stopping (except for at traffic lights which doesn't count).  Please have a wee click here...
